Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are thereby
agreeing to all of my terms of service.

My policy is to obtain payment in full before any work is begun or, if discussed, immediately after the final sketch. Half payments may be accepted for large-value orders.

Payments are done through PayPal only.

BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT . . .

Please choose "PAY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES" and click "NO SHIPPING ADDRESS".

Please also leave your name and commission type/detail snippet in the note section.

RULES & AGREEMENTS . . .
1) By commissioning me, you (the client) are thereby agreeing to all of my (the artist) terms of service.

2) My signature is not to be altered or removed in any manner.

3) My works are not to be edited in any manner without my explicit permission.

4) My works are not to be used by you unless intended for you (by a client) or purchased by you (as the client).

5) My works are not to be copied, traced, resold(a), or heavily referenced.

5a) Unless you (as the client) have commissioned me for work that is specifically intended for resale, my work is otherwise for non-commercial, private use only.

6) I will not draw any materials that I deem offensive or cause personal discomfort.

I have the right to decline any commission for whatever reason, stated or not.

Things to note . . .
• I do not care what sexuality, gender, species, etc., your character may be.
• I do not mind drawing risque things (gore, sexual, etc), but I am not overly familiar with such themes at this time, so do bear that in mind when commissioning me for anything along this category.

• Feel free to inquire about anything!

REFUND PROCESS . . .
• 100% of the discussed final price may be refunded before work is started or before the final sketch is complete.
• 75% of the discussed final price may be refunded after the final sketch is complete.
• 50% of the discussed final price may be refunded after lining has finished and before the coloring process start.
• 25% of the discussed final price may be refunded after coloring has begun.
• 0% of the discussed final price may be refunded after coloring or shading is finished.

• A full refund will be given if I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, or we cannot work out an agreement about something before the final sketch is complete or the lining process has begun. No refund will be given if I finish the piece and you reject it for an illegitimate reason ("I don't like it" or "I don't want it anymore"); since I will be contacting you often for certain approvals, it should not ever get to the point of you disagreeing with something by the end of the transaction. You may request at any time to see how things are progressing and ask for a visual of the process I have so far. :)

DEADLINES . . .
• I do not always do commissions in the order I receive them, however, any given deadline is four months from the date of the accepted order unless otherwise discussed. If you would like a shorter deadline, we can determine one that works for both of us.
• Orders such as "Choodles" or "Chibis" generally take two weeks to a month to complete from the accepted order date. Orders such as large arts may generally take up to 3-4 months to complete, depending. Orders such as bases/customs of any sort are currently at a variable time length.
• My time of deadlines may also depend/vary on how many commissions I've accepted and the clients' placement in that list, if near other accepted order dates, or any real-life emergencies happening. If anything should arise to cause me great delay, and I have the means to do so, I will make sure I either message clients or post somewhere where it can be seen that there will be an evident delay in work or certain refunds issued.

YOU MUST KEEP APPROPRIATE CONTACT WITH ME.

If there is a 30-day period where I do not receive any sort of response from my last

attempt at contacting you, our transaction will therein be canceled without refund

No exceptions.

Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns you have.

I'd rather have both of us understand each other if any possible business between us may occur.
